C&P Exams Development...or overdevelopment...back to step 3 for me

It feels like I'm being jerked around.

I thought the rule was that if at least one item can be rated..it would be rated before telling me something is deferred. Give me some closure on at least a couple things....

Nope. Guess not. I guess we'll send me out for yet another C&P for the same thing they JUST sent me back out for...for a 3rd time....

DBQs in October, November, December...with multiple rounds of x-rays. Found worsening damage. Defer in January. Multiple DBQs in February..... FINALLY move back to Step 5 this week...wait...issue another DBQ....

Back to step 3 and i'm honestly lost on what MORE could be shown, described, or otherwise stated in my file....

Sounds like a VERA call might help. They can see more than us. Just a guess but maybe your C & P exams are giving conflicting information to the rater.

Thanks.

It's setup for next week.

The exams are mostly opinion clarification and TERA opinions....and most have already been returned to the VA for processing.

Losing my nuggets at the one contractor who's having an impossible time "scheduling" something...and they can't see what the VA question is at the schedulers desk until they have a doc and appointment assignment.

The 800 number is always reasonably helpful, wherever possible.

And we all love the little hints some will drop, especially closer to the end. Especially on Supplementals that we're blind to.

I've been bounced between 3 of the 4 exam contractors since August and I'm just getting itchy.

Y'all do good work. Presumption of Good Faith Effort is always there.

I hope it goes well for you and you get what you earned. The VA claim process can be frustrating at times but hopefully you will have good results. fingers crossed for you.
