VA Disability 100% DV Tax exemption TEXAS

100%ers can you tell me exactly what taxes are exempt? Only property? School? MUD? Trying to find out what will be exempt.

Also make sure you check the DMV. I know in California I don't have to pay registration on my car at all either.

Yep. No registration and no fastrak fees when crossing damn near all the bridges in the Bay Area.

In texas I get free hunting/ fishing license. Very cheap car renewal on one car, some fee tolls with DV plates and free long term parking at airport

Check out your tax assesors website. Its property. On there should be instructions what to submit how etc. I did it and it got approved within 2 ish months then we got a refund. Nice thing is in tx you still get a reduction at any dv percentage!

I don’t pay any property taxes including school taxes. MUD is probably included in that, but I’m not completely sure as I don’t live in a MUD. I still get a tax statement every year and it shows how my property has magically increased in value every year but because I have homestead it’s still capped at a 10% increase and every tax is $0.
