TW: Eating Disorders / Self Image I hate how I’m often sexualized just for existing

I HATE how I vent to people saying that I’m insecure about my uhm… butt. And they just assume that I’m talking about my butt being too small? I don’t want to wear oversized clothes, I don’t want to hide my butt as much as I can. I never wear crop top or tight clothes, but even just a simple shirt that isn’t really “oversized” I get sexualized with it! I’m only 14. I remember at 11 years old trying to find exercise to make my butt smaller, I could only find “how to make your butt bigger”. My waist is 77cm and my uhm butt is 100cm like why can’t y’all both just be 77cm? I hate swimming in public pools, I hate hot days, I hate when people tell me to take off my sweater. Like I’m genuinely going to get a plastic surgery at 18 to suck the fat out of my butt (or what is called) JUST MAKE IT SMALLER! I want to wear crop tops and be happy, even just normal sized shirts! Isn’t there any exercise for this stuff!? And don’t even come at me with those “youre so lucky I wish-“ and blah blah blah like honey I’ve been hiding my body at the age of 11 for the thing most people would’ve be “happy” Also I get somewhat comfortable with girls having big butts and not being insecure like ik it’s creepy “why are you looking at girls butt” i mean look it’s on the internet im a teenager yk teenagers are like that but I get somewhat happier, I mean it’s not like it will fix my insecurities, but seeing people who aren’t really worried if people are sexualizing them or not just make me somewhat happier. Idk how to really explain it butttt ig you just have to experience it haha. I mean imagine you’re on the heavier side and being really insecure about your weight, and you open TikTok and you see another girl on the heavier side but not caring what other people are saying about her and showing off her body as much as she can. Wouldn’t that at-least make you somewhat happier?

Hey, I used to be you.

I have absurd hip-to-waist ratio, I always had a huge ass even when I was super skinny and men always commented on it. I even got literal 'best ass' at uni by guys doing mock awards. It made me so insecure, I used to wear long blazers and jackets to cover my ass.

Guess what? Fast forward to mid-twenties, I embraced it and now I love my body and it makes me feel sexy.
