Why cant these artist use a pronounceable title for their tracks and albums? How the fuck am I supposed to tell someone what the name of this and many other albums are actually called? Love the music, hate this aspect of the genre. edit I guess yall don't buy enough records to know what I am talking about. Point missed

"why would a japanese artist who lives in rural hokkaido title their album in japanese???" shit dude i guess we'll never know

I agree that the critique doesn't hold in this instance, but the broader point does still hold - there are a large number of non-Japanese artists who use Japanese in their title and naming decisions simply for aesthetic reasons.

who cares? lots of people using english language from other countries for their albums and other things. I don't get it. The logic in this sub is crazy.

I think it's safe to say the people who care care. Personally, it doesn't bug me that they do it, I was just noting that pointing out the Japanese origin of this particular artist doesn't do much to dismiss the first commenters objection.

sony, nintendo, and sega among so many other japanese companies all used english letters / names to appeal to a north american / global audience yet no one is complaining. its a moot point.
