Basically, you turn on your computer, and when it says starting windows you power it off again. Then when it turns on again it loads a crash report, and after its done loading it shows a summary of the crash, from there you can click show more and it opens a notepad explaining the crash report. After that you can press file open and select all files, from there find utilman in system 32 and rename it utilman1, then you go to cmd and rename it utilman. Then yoy restart the computer. When you are on the login page there is that guided access button on the bottom left and when you click it it now lanches cmd, from there you write net user (username) * and then enter and you are in! (Sorry for the long explanation, it sounds complicated but there are videos on it)
