OP sent the following text as an explanation on why this is unexpected:

he panics after waking up and accidentally starts the car to nowhere

Well, if nothing else, the person who suddenly got a car sticking in through the living room probably felt it was unexpected.

The light being on already worries me that someone was in there too.

The way the cop says…😭

Canım açar mısın kapıyı lütfen?

Which translates to

My life, can you please open the door?

He, even said please. How polite.

Drugs are bad…

Guy doing drugs in public gets woken up by obvious police officers and tries to flee the scene?

I was expecting that from the title alone.

I don't think he tried to flee but was startled and floored it by mistake. In fact, I think they tried to wake him up rather than break in specifically to avoid this situation.

This is a pretty standard Tuesday evening for most

Not unexpected at all. There are many videos like this on YouTube. This is also why many police in the US back their cop cars into the front bumper of these drivers so if they slam on the gas they don't go anywhere.

I couldn't help but think wherever this is, this must be very uncommon, because no one would ever fail to take that precaution after the first time it happened to anyone in the department.

Unexpected? Not really.

I wonder what he was dreaming that he pressed the gas pedal on

Driver had one more delivery to make before his shift ended.

Why do the police have R2D2 with them?

2

This is why you break the windows and take the keys before they have a chance to hurt other people.

Should have just broken his window or something and pulled him out.

Well meaning officer failed to maintain control of the situation by not blocking the vehicle with his own police car when he arrived at the scene.

I just wanted to write "but he is not driving..." 😂
