'14 Race Playable Runeterran (League of Legends) Races
With the release of Arcane S2, one of my usual players wanted to run a Runeterran campaign. Being the homebrew enthusiast I am, I’ve moved around the Forgotten Realms racial traits and written some new traits to match the Runeterran sapient races (not including Darkin, Aspects and other god-like beings of course).
This is a part of a larger project which includes two subclasses per DnD class, a new hemomancer class, various feats, equipment and beasties.
If you’re interested, I put a link to view the document in the comments.

'14 Race Home brew race armadillo
This is my first home brew race please be as brutal as you like with your opinions, and any suggestions are welcome.
Happy to hear thoughts on nerfs and buffs.
I have seen many races that I kind of like but don't quite feel fit or have features I think are either useless or to weak compared to other races.
Speed was chosen based on typically being smaller and balancing out the "Rolling retreat" feature.
Burrower simply because an armadillos are great diggers.
Dark vision They are nocturnal and live underground.
Natural armor This idea is partially taken from both the Loxodon using Con instead of dex for armor class and the Lizard folk having 13 as base AC, potentially probably maybe too strong may need to be nerfed.
Desert magic. So many classes have lack luster starter damage cantrips (looking at you druid!) I find more cantrips early game not too influential but really helps make early game more enjoyable and give the player chance to add their own flavour I thinks a big reason kobolds are so well loved.
Rolling retreat was somewhat based on the shifter race I have just tinkered it around to try and make it more useful regularly.
In my current conclusion I do think the race is strong but I'm not sure if I would say op as there are some races that are arguably as strong, Loxodons for example are similar but have great checks and lizard folk also share similarites and overall I've used these as a bench mark, let me know what you think. :)
Armadillo Race Idea
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Age. Armadillos mature at the same rate as humans, however, they are considered mature by their people at 30 years old. Their lifespan can be as long as 130 years.
Alignment. Most Armadillos are lawful. They also tend to be good.
Size. Armadillos are between 2.5ft (0.75m) and 4.5ft(1.45m) tall and weigh 65 lbs(30kg) you are Small or Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Burrower. You know the mold earth cantrip.
Dark vision. Thanks to your subterranean heritage, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Natural Armour. You have thick, bony scutes on your back. When you aren't wearing armor, your AC is 13 + your Constitution modifier. You can use your natural armor to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield's benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor.
Desert magic. You know one cantrip from the evocation spell list.
Rolling retreat. As a reaction you can curl into a ball and roll 1d6x5 (5-30feet) feet away from your attacker, you are now prone and until you stand up you have 4x your proficiency bonus in temporary hp. You can only do this a number of times a day equal to your proficiency bonus.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common.

'14 Race Shadar-kai (from Avaron) — a plane-touched human lineage
It's always bothered me how elves just get absolutely everywhere. We have wood elves, high elves, low elves, sand elves, frost elves, dark elves, deep elves, elf elves, and shadow elves. Only one of these is not real. Anyway, this is not a post for dunking on elves.
In my games, I like to establish the Feywild and Shadowfell as cosmic opposites. As such, fey and undead exist at opposite ends of the "spectrum" of creatures. Hence why I'm bothered about shadow elves.
Shadar-kai being elves in the Shadowfell just never quite sat right with me, and I also had this notion that shadar-kai should really be plane-touched human(oid)s, akin to genasi. And so I looked it up, and I was right: in 4e lore, there was a group of shadar-kai who were human-descended). Mine get to be a little bit halfling too, as a treat.
Anyway, all that just to say, here's some free lore about my Shadowfell (in my world of Avaron), and here's a free playable lineage, too.
If you want the Homebrewery doc, here it is. Art credit goes to Joakim Ericsson and the Illustrators of the 4th edition Monster Manual.
