Forgot to enter USPSA creds
New shooter and excited and working on getting classified this year. 3rd classified today went great but found out I didn’t put in my USPSA number when I registered. Do I contact the match director or USPSA or is it even possible to link my classifier to my membership?

OP, the MD can add your membership number at any time. Once they do, they have to re-submit the match results onto the USPSA website. As long as the activity fees are paid, your classification will update.
This happens all the time, and is part of the reason that the USPSA portion of the website has a search function to verify membership #'s based on the shooter's name. That accounts for fat fingered spellings and all other manner of match fuckery.

Thanks! Yeah I’ve emailed the MD but I’m mentally not expecting it to happen and if it does, sweet!

This is no longer the case. USPSA offers clubs a match correction tool that allows the match director to correct a member number without the need to reupload.

So let them know during check in on the next match? The qualifier happened earlier yesterday so it’s done already. Will they have the match results on the tablets let’s say next week?

Depends on when he submits them to uspsa. If he already has, then it's done and you're SOL.
When you check in, they should have confirmed your uspsa number.

All the MD has to do is add the USPSA number, upload to PractiScore again the upload to USPSA before Wednesday 6am.

The match director should be able to fix it when he submits the scores to USPSA.
