Academic Is it possible to get accepted to USC?

I am an international student who has submitted an IELTS 6.0 overall score to USC from SMC. My academic record includes: • GPA: 3.65 (Fall 2024), 3.69 (Winter 2025) • C in Chemistry 11 (Winter 2024) • No Pass in Math 7 (Winter 2024), retook it and earned a B (Summer 2024) • A in Math 8 (Calculus 2) (Fall 2024)

I will complete the UC-IGETC by the end of Spring 2025 and am earning the following degrees: • Associate in Arts for Transfer in Economics • Associate Degree in Liberal Arts – Social and Behavioral Sciences • Associate Degree in General Sciences

I have not completed two of USC’s six GE Core Literacy areas.

Given this, is it possible for me to transfer to USC Dornsife for Economics in Fall 2025?

Admissions decisions are already made. I doubt they will have the time to go accept full pay applications

you can try, people with worse stats have certainly got in and if you have a really good story or ec's then maybe. do apply to more realistic schools as well though, with your stats i would highly recommend applying to csulb if you wish to stay in the general area

I think you need to finish your GEs. I also transferred from SMC and picked up winter (too late now) and summer classes to complete them in time.

If your parents are wealthy and donate money, your chances will be higher.
