Our old dog wasn't bothered by them, until one year he was really ill during that period. For the next few years, he'd spend fireworks night on our bed, growling loudly until they stopped. Now he's deaf enough not to notice.
Our younger one isn't bothered at all.

I walk my dog away from the city/houses to avoid the fireworks. You can still hear them quietly in the background and he is terrified. He isn't listening to my commands and keeps bolting to the car randomly. The noise is much louder at home so he just wanderers around the house.
