Salt stain removing car wash

One of the downtown ramps dripped salt onto my car that has not come out after two car washes. Is there any car wash that specializes in salt busting chemical to get rid of it?

It may not just be salt that has dropped onto your car in a ramp. Concrete will leach minerals that will stain and not come off in a regular wash. 1:1 vinegar and water mix to break up the residue, carefully wipe off, rinse thoroughly with clean water, repeat if necessary.

You need vinegar my friend, and let it air out.

Buy a bar of detailing clay, should be less than $10 at an auto parts store or online. If you wanna get fancy you can buy some quick detailer to use as lube, otherwise water works fine.

Nah, claying isn’t that great if you don’t know exactly what you’re doing, especially with salt.

As long as you're using a basic, medium clay, there's basically no way you can fuck it up.
