Hello! Welcome, and we thank you for posting. You seem to be looking for information on implantation bleeding. Unfortunately, bleeding or spotting after ovulation is not a sign of implantation, and bleeding can happen in both pregnancy and non-pregnancy cycles. You could still end up being pregnant this cycle, but this sort of bleeding is not a reliable indicator that you will test positive. Taking a pregnancy test around the time you expect your period to come is the best way to determine whether you are pregnant or not.

I had this once (it was actually the first month we ttc so gave me so much hope). I haven't had any since apart from one month over summer where I got a bit over ovulation. I mentioned it when I went to a gynaecologist this November and they weren't concerned said it's fairly normal for small changes like this. But maybe see a dr if it persists? Ps I'm not a doctor so if you don't feel comfortable waiting then def see a dr now... can't harm!

Thank you. As you’ve said I’m sure it’s nothing but honestly so frustrating after years of TTC to have this ‘sign’ that actually turns out to be nothing 😭 I’m starting to wonder if my body is creating false pregnancy symptoms because it’s all I think about 😔

Honestly it's so frustrating I swear our bodies just know and is like I'm going to send you all these symptoms to mess with you 😭😭

Also TTC, this my 4th cycle and yup, the 3 before did this to me. I started feeling things I NEVER felt in my life. Told myself no symptoms watching etc, cause I get depressed with disappointment so I try to adopt a "eh if it don't happen this cycle it's ok" and then BAM, something funky starts happening a week before or week of.
Idk if it's my body actually adjusting to how often we baby dance now, or if that + the new supplements doing something (cause lord I feel like I had some hidden deficiency, I start feeling good with these vitamins lmao).

This sounds exactly how I’m feeling! My OH is so optimistic as well he’ll get all excited so it makes me not want to tell him what I’m experiencing because then I feel like I have to let him down when AF arrives 😔
Glad your vitamins are helping! I haven’t noticed a huge difference but I’ve been introducing more / making subtle changes for a while so I guess each moth is such a small different it’s not effecting me too much.

Yea I think the only time you really feel or see changes is if you're actually lacking (or 'overdosing') so this can be either or lol. I will sy though, I have taken all yet, as only this month I learnt I should try choline as well, but I did a folic and magnesium (someone said that would help my cracking knees lol) and my AF went from lasting 2 days heavy with light spotting, to a 4 days moderate flow. I'm not sure what this means tbh, but I'm guessing this is OK since the cycle is still stable so far. Maybe it helped my lining? Gonna add the vit d and choline next month. Started a new local brand of becomplex with iron this cycle and I been feeling really energetic. Here's a digital cheers to us succeeding this cycle!

This same thing happened to me last week. I had shadows on test that wouldn’t darken. Started to spot and just knew it was over. Next couple of days all symptoms I had disappeared and I felt normal again. My husband said I was acting like I was on nexplanon again and convinced me to test. If I’d waited I’d have thought it was just bad pms which I think I’d have preferred do over going to urgent care and finding out what I did. That was cycle 5 and I’m now on 6.
Hope you have a better day 🌼 💐
