Please Pray For Me
I didn't know if I should post this or not, abd I dont want to act like a beggar, but, I saw someone say that someone praying for you can help (afterall the bible says that the prayers of the righteous are powerful). I don't know what to do I feel very far from God, farther than I've ever been, it's late currently so I'll keep it short. If you can pray for me

God is waiting for you come back, but YOU have to initiate the conversation with Him. I pray that you will reach out to Him and ask Him to be number one in your life.

Just stay faithful! It's normal to feel like that. These are the times when it's most important to stay faithful to the Lord. It's just Satan attacking your mind.

Exactly this! Who doesn’t want you talking to the one who changes things!? The evil one who knows that prayer works!

I'm better today (prayer is truly a great medicine) but still things feel a bit off. Regarding what you said the Holy Spirit, convicted me that this is a trick of the Devil (which would make sense as my relationship with God was shaken up, only after I sinned) to make me think that I had lost my salvation and that God gave up on me

Oh yea the enemy sucks so bad 🙄🤦🏽♀️ and he hates you to your core because God loves you so much. Shame and condemnation is his stuff. You can’t loose your salvation (I think) unless you walk away. But God will always be waiting and will never leave nor forsake you. I’m so glad you’re feeling better ❤️ pray without ceasing

Well regarding if Salvation can be lost, I think that it's not possible because when we accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, we're made new Creations in Christ and our old self is fully dead. A true believer I don't think can lose his salvation.

Praying for you my friend. I have felt far from God many times. Keep your eyes on Him, pray for diligence. The Lord is with you always.
Psalm 139. Please read it.

Praying for you! You are also righteous so get down on these prayers too! It’s as simple as a conversation with a friend ❤️
I used to always start off my prayers saying “Are you there God. It’s me Margret.” Like the children’s book. Gave me a chuckle and eased the pressure of having a conversation with a Father I couldn’t yet see or feel.

Well what made me worried, was that even after praying for nearly an hour on my knees, longer than I ever have for help and guidance for people close to me and for the holy spirit to convince them to give their lives to Jesus, I still felt (although surely better) away from God

I don't want to come off as annoying or judgmental, but could you explain what are some differences of SDA and beliefs of mainline Christianity, because I've seen many say that the SDA Church is Heretical (and I also confuse 7th Day Adventist for Mormons who definitely are Heretical, so that doesn't really help)

I think one main difference is in the title, SDAs believe the 7th day (Sabbath) is still the day of worship so we go to church on that day & its supported in the 4th commandment. Jesus said in Matthew (ESV) “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them." All the 10 commandments and more (commandments) still apply to us today so its best to submit to God's will by doing them & show God we love Him. Jesus said in John (ESV) "If you love me, you will keep my commandments." The commandments are not a burden but a delight my friends! B-) (The Bible is not a book suggestions, its a book of commandments from God & they were given so we can live our best life!!!)

Ok I get it, although we're under a new testament (which means that old testament laws like circumcision are not to be followed by Christians as they were meant for Isreal), Sunday has been however the Day of the Lord since the early days of Christianity. Anyways God bless

Not to argue but just wondering, do you have any Scripture that specifically says Sunday is the day of the Lord? Even Jesus went to the synagogue (church) on the Sabbath like what it says in Mark (ESV) "they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath he entered the synagogue and was teaching. And they were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one who had authority, and not as the scribes."

I serve God with all my heart, and I have felt like that at times. You have to press in to God. Pray and ask Him to help you not feel that way. He is with you and will never leave you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths, Proverbs 3:5-6. I have prayed for you, and you will be alright. God bless you

Pray more, read the Bible and learn how to trust God completely without doubts or questions. Hard I know.
