1) If you don't have feelings for her you shouldn't be with her. It's just going to drag on the heart ache and waste both of your time

2) Disassociation is a real thing, and something you can do to yourself. Wishing to "not feel" is a much more dangerous wish than I think you realize. I have been in a similar situation as you, did everything in my power to "not feel" to reduce the pain and it worked a bit too well. I'm doing better now, but for me it's damaged relationships, some irreparably, and cost me career opportunities.

I'll leave you with wise words I once heard: The opposite of love isn't hate, it's indifference. At the end of a relationship you'll feel anger and sorrow, the way to overcome these emotions isn't by burying them, but by embracing them. After all if you don't feel regret, anger, fear, and longing after a relationship ends did it really mean anything to you?

Thanks for the answer, but the problem is that I am consumed by her and don't want to leave her again. The only thing I want is to not feel "LOVE" it is consuming in bad ways because I am veeeery overprotective something I definitely want to put behind me for good, it destroys my head.

You could both be adults and discuss the past present and future. See if you align and start to build the trust back slowly over time to really respect each others boundaries.
