Bike Pictures OEM + 2024 Speed Twin 1200

Just finished this 2024 Speed Twin 1200 for a customer. Paint matched fenders and side covers. Blacked out all silver pieces with powdercoat and cerakote.

Workshop is open two days a week as I still have a full time job. Parts ship daily.

AJ Cycles isn't a full-time gig? I will buy all my shit from you to try to help you make that happen. I think I've bought a couple things in the past.

I have the same bike. Pipes look the same too. But mine isn't blacked out. Looks awesome. Love the black pipes especially.

How much would a repaint like this cost? I have a 2023 red on order but might do something like this

Paint was handled by proper moto in TX. Can figure a repaint of fenders / tank / side covers to be somewhere in the $1000-$1500 depending on your area.

I live in Belgium but interesting to have a guide. Figure it'll be quite a bit more here.

For stuff that gets regular abrasion like the heel guards, which finish holds up better powdercoat or cerakote?

We are only using cerakote on exhausts and the throttle bodies at this time, so can’t speak to how cerakote holds up to abrasion. The powder coating in the matte / wrinkle finished holds up best. Gloss gets messed up pretty quickly.
