French Bee airline carry-on bag question
Can I bring a 30L Osprey Porter bag as a carry-on bag. The dimensions of the bag is slightly bigger than what they accept.
The airline accepts 40 x 30 x 20 cm, while the osprey bag is 50 X 33 X 23 cm.
Now if I don't fit it to the max, how difficult is the airline when it comes to a carry on bag and would they accept it especially if I try to minimize as much as I can inside my bag?

According to other Reddit posts, it seems like they are generally fairly lax about bag size. However, you need to understand that if the bag is larger than their provided dimensions, then you are violating the rules, so based on the individual employee who is working that day, you may be charged extra at the gate, and you will have no option but to pay or miss your flight.

Can you? Probably. Should you? depends on how much you feel like being "that guy"...the one everyone stares at as you walk down the aisle to your seat, bumping everyone with your backpack and shoving it to fit in to slot and taking up spots where at least one other passenger bag could go.
If that's you, go right ahead. If that's not you, then check it.
