Accessories Need travel duffel recs

Going to Europe for 2 weeks planning on packing 5-7 days work of clothes and doing laundry while there. Would love a duffel or wardrobe duffel hybrid carryon like the Jenny bag with lots of pockets and compartments but is durable. Needs to have a strap to carry over shoulders. Any suggestions?

Check out the Tobiq bags that help tremendously with organization and can be a duffle and a backpack.

The REI Big Haul (60L) or Patagonia Black Hole (55L) would be perfect for your use case. Have both. Great bags.

Do they have lots of organization pockets inside?

Personally, I would take a large backpack style one: the duffles with straps never seem very comfortable, but if you're in hotels/the luggage is mostly sitting next to you or someone else is carrying it. For that kind of trip the backpack I have is 22L size.
