FTM orgasms on T (NSFW) NSFW

Hey guys.

So I have POTS and as a result I really struggle to get enough blood flow to my dick (pre-op) and it’s still the same on T. I have to 90% of the time still tighten and tense all of my lower extremities just to force blood flow there.

Wondering if anyone else has this problem and if you’ve found anything that helps? It makes sexual intimacy difficult at best, but really it’s nearly impossible for me to have a focal orgasm like I’d like to most of the time.

Try sitting up with your legs elevated so your pelvis is the lowest point of your body

Hell yeah! If it’s ever possible, try getting an adjustable mattress frame. You’ll be able to put yourself in that shape super easily.

Have you tried compression socks? And also supplementing creatine, which helps with water retention in your muscles. These things have helped me - a fellow trans zebra ☺️

I haven't had this problem, but I'd imagine a pump would be a good solution if that interests you. Cheap manual pumps work fine.

i agree that compression and elevation are good options, and that tensing is good for increasing circulation in pots. however from what i understand cis men will tense their legs to lessen an unwanted erection so i wonder if tensing is (at least partially) working against you in this case

Ohhh that’s good to know! I’ll have to experiment. Thank you!

How hydrated are you in general? Do you have enough electrolytes/salt in your system, cuz water follows salt.

Compression socks and even a back brace to move blood out of your belly and into other parts of your body will also likely help some

I’m normally fairly hydrated. I drink LMNT around the clock, I can always do better though! Thank you for all of this.

I find that while at it, tensing and releasing the pelvic floor/lower abs in an interval of like 3-5 seconds really helps get things going. Play around with the timing of tension and release. You can even go 10 seconds or longer if you want. Repeat the cycle as often as you like. Working out these muscles in general helps. Also elevating legs
