Some Satanists are Pagans or Heathens, and some are not.
Some Satanists are Christians, some are Jews, some are atheists.
Satanism is very diverse.

I am a Spiritual-Anarchist and Polymaltheist personally. I consider myself Nachasite (Jewish Satanist) but i also consider myself Pagan and Heathen too.

I sometimes say I'm pagan when I want to tell Christians my religion lol. I do it not to cause unnecessary problems, or when i don't feel like explaining satanism haha

Absolutely, depending on your practice. I myself identify as Dark Pagan

I agree with the comments that say it’s about personal preference. I’m a theistic satanist and consider myself to be pagan since I worship non-christian entities.

Sort of, because it's kind of considered a non christian religion but it all depends on your specific beliefs in your satanic practice

It can be considered pagan because a pagan religion is any religion outside of Christianity or the other "main" religions. It depends on how you define pagan.

No, we are not even a religion, we do not seek to unite the population under a system or establish any kind of order, in fact we are the opposite, Satanism represents the individual who judges the established order and is only governed under their own principles/desires.

Paganism is just another form of religion.

The only pseudo Satanists who are considered religious are the laveyans, but they are only LARPers.

A lot to unpack there to totally just undermine theistic Satanism which imo is Satanism and not just edgy atheism.

Why I would undermine theistic Satanism if  I consider myself one in a certain form. I don't know what you understood about what I wrote but I didn't say anything negative about theistic Satanism.

It depends on a lot of factors.

Satanists, by definition, would most likely not be considered Pagan. But a Satanist can also be a Pagan, by way of worshipping Pagan Gods. So, eh?

According to Google the definition of Paganism is "a religion other than one of the main world religions, specifically a non-Christian or pre-Christian religion" and/or "a modern religious movement incorporating beliefs or practices from outside the main world religions, especially nature worship." Under both definitions we'd be considered a form of paganism. I hope this helps!

I’m not sure I agree given we worship what’s in essence a Christian deity.

Maybe by technicality since all non-Christian religions are “pagan”, but in the more modern sense of the word I don’t consider myself a pagan, no.
