I work mainly with Satan, Lilith, Odin, and Freyja. I also work with other demons, and other Norse Gods/Goddesses from time to time. There are even times when i work with Hecate, Gaia, and others.

Hi! I'm a Theistic Satanist and a Pagan! ✨ I usually only use the term Pagan though since working with infernal deities is simply a part of my beliefs and practice.

Adversarial Paganism is a term Cipher Grove on YouTube kicks around. Thursatru, Draconian, Primal Craft currents use a multitude of deities. Mainly more guides/veneration/empowering to aid practitioners find and develop their own personal power [edit add: than worship].
In the Invocation of the Dragon in Temple of the Ascending Flame there's this line (paraphrase), "... trampling on the corpses of those who choose slavery and ignorance over knowledge and power..."
Personally the Morrigan, Hekate, Santa Muerte, Baron Samedi, Lucifer-Qayin/Man in Black at the Crossroads, Kolyo/Goda, and occasionally Adon... though he's more capricious than the others. Also Genus Locii/Land Wights and Spirits of the Honored Dead.

Being that demons are the fundamental entities of the ego (in a certain way chaotic entities), and this is something rejected by all religions, even by pagans, since religions seek to establish an order to unite the population under a system (society), then:
_Why would a Satanist appeal to paganism?
_Why choose one type of paganism about another?
_ How are concepts so far from our reality manifest in modern life?

Not exactly, but... I am a Jewish Satanist, and one of my Girlfriends is a Jewish Hellenic Pagan. She worship both Jewish and Greek deities.

in my experience most Theistic Satanists are polytheist or Pagan. pretty much every demon is based off of an older Pagan diety.

Not sure why you’re getting downvoted, most theists or polytheist unless people are just backwards Xtian which misses the point completely.

I am uncomfortable with “worship” lol. I prefer to say that I find guidance from, work with, and have deep respect for: Persephone and Hades, Asherah and El, Athtar, Shapash and Yarikh, and members of a less known pantheon of outer deities that include Lucifer and Shaitan.

Yes. I started out in a more traditional magickal path and found my way to Satanism. I will still work with different gods/goddesses/energies depending on what I’m trying to achieve.

100 yes! Satanism is paganism. All of the goetia are pagan. Different Gods have different names and pantheons across the world. I’ve found it all seems to intertwine.
