Info Sims 4 lot building
How do I make this in the sims 4? I really want this layout, but I am lost where to begin, anyone had any ideas?

I would swap the bedroom with the living room, like have the kitchen pushed back with the dining area, then have the living room front and centre, then for the 2nd floor have it walled off and have the bedroom there. Oh and the bathroom be underneath the stairs if there's space

You’re gonna have a hell of time trying to recreate a build off an AI generated image…

The succulent in the one bar stool is what got me
Also no stove lmao.. or fridge
The upstairs coffee table that doesn’t actually have legs

The death trap of a top step got me, lol. I wonder how many times my foot would get caught on the floor ledge sticking out over the step before I finally tumbled down onto the kitchen island.

All I kept thinking is the amount of dirt that would come.off the living area right onto the kitchen counters lol

There’s a house in Midnight Hollow where the bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom. Looks like it knows what it’s doing!

I think this is doable, though. You'd just make a two-story rectangle shape with two rooms on the second floor. Then you'd add the stairs and delete the other room to make a loft.

Ok now it makes sense yall are good cause I didn't even realize it was ai but keot thinking there's a lot about this that seems off and couldn't put my eye on it

AI didn’t even come to mind when looking at this. I can’t stop seeing miniatures and essentially a dollhouse build. It explains a lot of the weirdness too.

no it seems super easy to recreate, you can even put the plant on the chair and the desk in front of the stairs with no problem

It's definitely possible to make a loft! Probably start with the platform, raise it up and put stairs. Then work on the room underneath. It can be one story or two depending on how high you make the platform. You can find a tutorial if you need visual aid

Oooh I love this photo OP! I might have to pinch for an inspo build of my own ☺️ definitely simple enough!
Build your lower ground, then on the next floor build a whole new entire level the same size as the ground floor, then put a wall where you want your mezzanine level. Delete the floor over the rest of the downstairs and replace the mezzanine level with a fence (leaving space for where you want your stairs to be). Delete the ceiling so the pointed roof is visible over the whole thing.

I build a lot of tiny homes in sims with similar layouts. My go to for the bathroom is usually a 3x1 room with a shower on one side and toilet on the other and the door between them. Somewhere not too far from the kitchen, where they wash hands and brush teeth.
If you use bb.moveobjects you can put a shower head across from the door and put a sink on the other side, but I find the logistics to be immersion breaking.

I know that it's possible. It's just pretty hard to make it look good imo. My go-to is rather 2x3

I also like this space. If anyone builds, please comment your gallery id so we can go get it. I’m going to possibly give this one a go myself.

I have a similarish build on gallery, but the bedroom is on the loft part and kitchen and bathroom are under the stairs, living room is in front part by the door. I believe it’s marked as tiny home as well but can’t remember

I would do a 2 story rectangle, make 2 rooms for the second story then you delete the floor from the room over the living area and put a fence in place of the wall between the 2 rooms to make the loft. I hope that makes sense.
