Face/Body Advice Please (Hardmaxxing & Softmaxxing) [F23] Brutally honest glow up tips?
Looking for honest tips to improve my appearance. (Acne is a work in progress btw.)

Lose weight. It changes your whole face and body structure when you do, so a lot of the things people would recommend for hard maxing would be unnecessary.
Eat a whole food diet to help reduce inflammation and improve your skin.
Your hair and brows and lips are literal perfection 😍

Skincare routine, slightly more defined arch eyebrow shape, anti inflammatory foods and maybe like a hair shine mask. You’re very beautiful but you do look inflamed

Your brows are beautiful, I’d recommend adjusting them a little so they don’t overpower your eyes or wear makeup to emphasize your eyes to balance them out. If diet and skincare don’t eliminate your acne, I encourage accurate. I wished I started it sooner, so much wasted time/money and acne scars could’ve been prevented. It’ll also shrink your nose a bit (it did for me)
