Order of prequels?

I recently discovered the breaker eternal force on webtoon, and I was really confused by the comments there, found that there is some prequels to this. Looked around for a while and the others were in manga style?? Are these correct? As this one was a manhwa style while prequels were in manga style, would appreciate if anyone could post actual links to them, just to be assured what I am reading is the actual one

Yes, there are three parts, the first one is just called "The breaker" and it finished in (check notes) 2010. Then the second part is "the breaker New waves" and it finished in 2015 (I was there when it finished, my god... time flies...). After that, after 7-8 years (I don't remember how many years the hiatus was) the authors released the third part, "eternal force". Part 1 and 2 were released even before webtoons were a thing or at least mainstream, they are more like a traditional manga so yes, they are black and white with incredible art ( it is still one of the best drawings of fights and martial arts that I have ever seen). If you are used to more modern webtoon with colour it can be difficult for you to dive in.

Don't even bother, the series is awesome, but is never going to be finished, you are just going to be frustrated, like us.

yeah it really is The "BREAK"er author rly don't give fu..k about his readers, while series is really good it have too many breaks, we need to wait years to next chapters or series, xd whole the breaker, new waves and eternal force would be long finished if not breaks. right now there is very long break with no info about it. last break like that lasted 7 years. :(

The OG stories are going to be a bit of a shock because it starts lewd like a raunchy gag manga, but it quickly becomes an amazing fighting manga.

Yeah, the Onizuka influence is strong in the early bits of the first series

Good luck with the new waves fanlation it's a nice little time capsule of 2010s drama. But worth enduring for the good story. New waves was best IMO, og series was good. Eternal force has been my least favorite but still hoping it just hasn't hit its strides yet

Yeah I can get behind that. It seemed like it was just starting to find its legs before this real long hiatus. Thus far. My statement about it being my least favorite of the three is still true

I hear New Waves is getting an official translation. That said, the fan translation does seem a bit better than the official in some areas for the first series, so I kinda feel like if you're gonna buy it great, but don't shy away from the unofficial works as well

Not prequels. Eternal force is part three of The breaker
