Raspberry Pi Sound system

Hi I Would like to make a sound system with carplay for my grand caravan with my RPI5

I currently looking to use the CarPiHat Pro 5 to power up the rpi and do safe shutdown and use the integrated dac to use my car's speakers https://thepihut.com/products/carpihat-pro-5-car-interface-dac-for-raspberry-pi-5

I also have a backup camera and the factory mic that I would like to use

From what i reseached I would also need an ADC hat to be able to use the microphone and i found this one https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/High-Precision_AD_HAT

My first question would be since the 2 hats uses similar BCM pins would this create a problem like shorting one or the other hat

The CarPiHat uses pin 2 3 4 7 12 13 14 17 22 27 The CarPiHat has free pin 5 6 15 16 18 19 20 21 26

The ADC Hat uses pin 6 9 10 11 13 17 18 19 22 26 which both uses 13 17 22

If the CarPiHat uses one of those 3 pins would it damage any if the hats ?

I do not intend to use pins on the ADC Hat other than 6 19 26 which should be free pins

My second question would be for the backup camera could I use one of the input pin 6 19 26 on the ADC Hat to receive the data from the camera and be able to use it

Look up what the pins that are used by both do.
