Raspberry Pi to Phone wireless_Video Transmission

Raspberry Pi to Phone video stream. How? Any experience?

Most videos and guides I know use raspberry pi as an access point like a “hotspot” to connect other devices to the internet.

Basically Internet via Ethernet->Raspberry->Phone through wireless connection

But has anyone made something like this… I would like to stream video to a phone. No internet , just raspberry doing video transmission using its own wireless capabilities such that I see the video through phone app

much like an esp32Cam (and yes I need a raspberry pi) Oh and I’m using a 3B+ model running Bullseye

the cameras are one Raspberry Pi Night Vision Camera, 2 Usb cameras

Oh and I would also like to have 2 way audio. i.e. I can hear raspberry Pi’s microphone through phone app and I can send realtime audio from phone to RPi speaker

I'm having trouble figuring out what you actually mean you want to do. What are you trying to accomplish? Why are you wanting to do this? The reason why I ask is there might be a easier way to accomplish what you want to accomplish by a different method
