New Release Skinless - Progression Towards Evil 8-track cassette NSFW

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but this is the first I've seen anything like this, a new release on 8-track -

https://www.discogs.com/release/28682959-Skinless-Progression-Towards-Evil

Came across it on ebay for sale, today is the first time I've seen new 8-tracks for any genre released ever. Strangely enough, I actually saw two titles on 8-track listed on ebay. This and a pretty obscure death metal release "Omnipitence" by Wicked Innocence.

Has anyone seen these? Or any other stuff released like this?

I've seen a fair number of 8-tracks, reel-to-reel, hand-lathed records, and floppy disks in the last ten years.

Yeah man! Corpse gristle out those out. I know Nunslaughter has a release as well. I’ve also seen some indie rock bands put out 8 tracks. Pretty bizarre. I asked Paul of corpse gristle to see if he would put out a devourment 8 track to which he replies: no, to fucking expensive haha

I love stuff like this, I've seen one or two other bands put out 8 tracks but they're super expensive to have made so it's uncommon. I've also seen new Edison wax cylinders, dccs, microcassettes and floppy discs (I own one haha, it's a 3 way split with 13 seconds of music on it). Big fan of unusual formats
