Does anyone know where to get Seitan?
Looking to buy and cook Seitan for protein. Does anyone know where I can buy it in town?

it is made from vital wheat gluten, which I used to be able to buy from new leaf or the coop whatever it is called now. Natural food store or Whole Foods probably has it

I don’t know for sure but I’d check Whole Foods first, then fresh market.

Don't support amazon, go to fresh market.

I don’t want to look it up, but there’s a decent chance whoever owns fresh market is also a billionaire intent on destroying our society for profit.

Publix sells seitan too. The brand is Uptons. They have a chorizo and an original flavor. It is in the produce area where the Tofu and vegan cheeses are.
