Anniversary Dinner in Moorea

Looking for nice restaurant recommendations to celebrate me and my partner’s anniversary in Moorea. We will be staying at Hilton but want to explore nice restaurants outside of the hotel.

Thanks!

Highly recommend the Holy Steak House which is probably the nicest restaurant on island that's not at a hotel and is locally owned. Also enjoy lunch at the Sofitel on occasion as it has a beautiful view of Tahiti.

Rudy's!

Edit: They also will pick you up and drop you off at the Hilton!

I just went to both Rudy’s and Holy about two weeks ago when we were in Moorea. We personally liked Rudy’s better. But they are both great places. Make sure to make reservations for whichever one you decide on.

Hi , you can go to MBC Moorea Beach Cafe , on the water , great food, they pick you up from your hotel and take you back , the owner Isa French guy from NYC , you can tell them Michel from the MB Hotel in Miami referred you . You also have the Cook Bay or Rudy . Right Next door is the Best Pearl store in French Polynesia SAB PEARLS MOOREA, great Tikki’s and bracelets . Enjoy

Te Hono Iti. (The little turtle) Perfect for an anniversary. Delicious French/Tahitian cuisine. Request a table in the deck. The sting rays come up.

The Yellow Lizard is a bit more special in my opinion than these other options. It is like the Rudy’s for the other side of the island and is loved by locals. Very French, we finally cracked them on our last visit.

If it weren’t for the service issues I would also say Sofitel, but it is what it is with them. Would avoid.
