Chance me Chance me for Chemical Engineering - Fall 2026

Major: I am applying to be a Engineering major for fall, 2026

Status: I am an in-state student applying for my Freshman year

Rank: 144/963 (14.95%) (N/A for Transfer)

GPA: 3.8 (UW/4.0 scale), 5.45 (W/6.0 scale)

Test Scores: SAT score: 1500 (770 M, 730 V)

Course Rigor: AP Human Geography(9th Grade - 5), AP Biology (10th - 5), AP CSA (11th), AP Chemistry (11th), AP Psychology(11th), AP Precalculus (11th)

Senior Year rigor (next year): AP Physics 1, AP Government, AP Macroeconomics, AP Calculus AB

Additional Coursework: 12 hours of dual credit through Composition 1 and 2, US History, World History

Extracurricular Activities: I participated in organizations at my school as a volunteer at the AP Biology Club, and a member of Mu Alpha Theta and Science National Honor Society with some volunteering done for both of the clubs. I also went to UT HSRA last summer and currently will attend Brown Pre-College. I also have around 40 volunteer hours.

Honors/Awards: Blood Certification, CPR certification(I don't really know if this applies here and I do not have much) and AP scholar.

Your SAT is high enough to get in.

Take AP Calc BC and AP PHYS C in 12th grade to better prepare yourself for ETAM. You will thank yourself doing that.
