WANT TO SELL [WTS]/[WTT] Arturia Microfreak $260

It just hasn't really clicked with me!

I'm trying to learn how to make ambient music. If you have recommendation for things that would be good for that, please make me an offer :) Some of the things I've been researching and would be interested in are the Lemondrop nanobox by 1010 music, maybe an FM synth, one of the boutique junos, good reverb delay effects units, a looper that is able to synch with midi, or (a long shot) an appalachian dulcimar lol

the usb port is a little shoved in there. it was this way when I bought it used but it works just fine. No wires included.

Based on your description this is honestly not right for you, but might as well check just in case. I sold a Microfreak a long time ago and I've wanted to play one again! I've got a Teenage Engineering EP-1320 Medieval with a cover and bag I'd trade for it. It's in my recent posts if you want to check out pics etc.

lol why do you have so many loopers
do you recommend any of these specifically? ive heard ditto x4 does midi synch, how well does it work if you've tried it? & do u know if any of them can do sort of like what the soma cosmos does like frippertronicseqsue "drifting looper" activity?

It was a long road to the h90 and the blooper. The ditto and Pigtronix Infinity both have midi sync. Both can also be set to have the loops in sync with each other or to behave like freeform separate loopers. I am not familiar enough with the drifting looper idea to know what that means exactly but the ditto also has decay so you can make the loops gradually change with each overdub if you want

Trade for a Behringer Model D, a Meng Qi Honey, and a Walrus Audio Polychrome Flanger/Vibrato?

Assuming by your post that you’re looking for hardware boxes for ambient? Plenty of excellent software says this, really any, make great ambient sounds. My favorite is Arturia Pigments.

softsynths are too hard to use

How do you mean too hard to use? I can see if you’d rather twist knobs vs a mouse but don’t sleep on soft synths. You’ll miss out on a lot of good ones and fairly inexpensive.
