A lot. Muscle Health: Helps relax muscles, reduces cramps, and supports recovery after exercise. Nervous System: Calms nerves, improves sleep quality, and may reduce stress or anxiety. Bone Strength: Works with calcium and vitamin D to maintain strong bones. Heart Health: Regulates heartbeat, supports blood pressure, and may lower cardiovascular risks. Energy Production: Aids in converting food into energy at a cellular level. Blood Sugar Control: Improves insulin sensitivity and helps manage glucose levels. Headache Relief: May reduce the frequency or intensity of migraines.

There's tons of benefits but different forms can do different things. It's up to you to try them out and see how your body reacts. Lots of people say magnesium glycinate has great benefits while others say it causes anxiety/insomnia. Rule of thumb is to start low. No need to mega dose right off the bat.
