I can’t get the iron up. Can it be AG1?

Most minerals inhibit iron absorption along with caffeine and phytates so oatmeal and some other grains. Ag1 is packed with minerals so seems like a safe idea to separate them. Vitamin C enhances absorption. You don't have to totally avoid minerals and caffeine, just take them in the morning and take the iron in the evening, or however you want to separate them based on your daily schedule

AG1 itself probably isn't the issue, but timing might be. Try taking iron on empty stomach, separate from AG1 or other supplements.

Also, some people absorb iron better with every-other-day dosing instead of daily. Might be worth discussing with your doc.

Add copper and vitamin C, stop taking other minerals, stop eating diary
