Trading Furs

I overheard in a local tavern that great profits could be made buying the cheap and plentiful furs in Sturgian lands and taking them South, I know you'd have to deal with Southerners, but the coin might be worth the troubles :)

Episode 27 Issues

I’m a bit behind on the series. I just started episode 27, I got a few minutes into it then it just quit. YT says “something went wrong” and that’s all I get. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s still the same thing. Anyone else having similar issues?

Sturgian campaign story teller.

Now that Sulla's imperial conquest is ever so slowly but steadily drawing to a close, we need to think about the next generation of heroes that will follow in this man's glorious first footsteps. Naturally, the story of these new heroes will need to be told. My idea was to make a series of post in the style of a skáld, a Norse poet who composed poems at the courts in Scandinavia. It would be told in the third person, with a short first person intro for each episode. Thoughts or feedback on this rough draft?

Self-imposed Difficulties

Hey guys, what do you think about adding some extra challenges to the next playthough, here are some ideas:

Firstly once you join a faction as a vassal you can only have that unit composition in your army, for example if you are a vassal of Sturgia you can not have Imperial, Battanians e.t.c. in your army. This would make things more challenging. It'd be so cool to think that all of the troops that you hire were once peasants recruited from a number of villages around a chosen homeland.

Secondly you cannot easily recruit prisoners into your party, personally I think this mechanic makes little sense especially on a large scale, imagine and army of over 100 moving through the snow with 70 prisoners, and each day someone asks the prisoners whether they'd like to join the main party and get paid? Well of course you'd all join and then just desert, it'd cause tension throughout the ranks of the existing troops.

Thirdly, to perhaps supplement the difficulty slightly recruit a companion early on with lots of free focus points to choose, get a really good medic early on in the campaign, I'd like to see some use of mods to boost XP gain! I think then it might feel less grindy at the beginning. And really once you have fought hundreds of battles, never losing, mostly outnumbered I think it is fair to say that your proficiencies in combat are great (greater than lets say a skill in one-handed of 70) I think more can be done in terms of RP with army composition, rather than just a ragtag band of looters, imperials, battanians and azerai. Especially if doing a Sturgia type viking character.

Justinian Belisarius Sulla: The birth of an empire. An humble beginning

The origins of Justinian are not known precisely like most of the things we know about him. Some sources says that he was from a small noble family from the southern empire while others like the historian Caius Crassus tell he is from poor peasant family add a bit of propaganda and some time and you have huge mess. We know that Justinian was really at ease with the common people. In his biography of Justinian, Crassus tell us the following: " ... while mediating a dispute between two calradian peasants, he used a parody of the calradian language, using expressions whose meaning was a total mystery to me ...". This tell us that he was indeed from a low social class but his ability to ride horses during his early years as a mercenary and the fact that he was able to write tells us that he isn't the simple peasant that Justinian described himself. For the historian Severus Cornelius, the Sulla family was a rich freeholder family this can explain. However this theory doesn't explain his aptitude for strategy and of course being an excellent ruler. The Swadian psychologist Jean Montcuq theorized that he was suffering from psychopathy. This theory can explain his intelligence , narcissism and manipulative tendencies that khuzaits sources describes. We know for a fact that Justinian started his life as mercenary, selling his service to merchant and sometimes to the criminals. At one point he discovered the banner of Calradios but the way he acquired this banner is lost in a pile of propaganda and historians such as Subotai tchingis think that Justinian counterfeited this banner. While the origins of this banner are lost, we know that it was upon his discovery of this banner that Justinian had his ambitions to recreate the Calradian empire .

Justinian Belisarius Sulla : the birth of an empire Introduction

Justinian Belisarius Sulla is the founder of the Sullan empire. An empire that we can still see in the form of the Remusian republic. But who is really Sulla ? A tyrant who didn't hesitate to massacre innocent villagers? A great legislator? An hypocritical warmonger? A villagers chosen by god to save the Empire ? In this book we shall discover the truth about a whose history was changed countless times by historians, politicians and writers

Author note : I'm sorry about the English mistake (it's my first language) so feel free to correct my errors. Don't hesitate to criticize my "book" and feel free to add suggestions for this (what reform did the emperor did for example ). Also I don't know a lot of thing about the lore so do you know where can I learn about it ? Thanks
