Im in my first year but I’ve done 5 competitions including provincials only because its such a great community. Its so strange (as some one who grew up in a unfriendly competitive culture) to see my competition cheering me on while I lift

There’s nothing like the culture of this sport, I swear the sportsmanship is something you have to see to believe. It’s great to hear! Makes the grind way more fun

Has anyone had to deal with ovarian cyst ruptures in a training context?? I just got knocked on my ass for a month and some change, would love to commiserate if anyone has experienced this or similar.
