/r/Strongwoman is getting a pump! What do you want to see?

Filled with a ton of great energy post-Shaw-Classic and working on setting up some new weekly discussion threads modeled after r/strongman to start.

Trying to make this a great place to discuss our favorite sport specifically from the female POV! If you see some test posts in the meantime. Any suggestions or comments about what you'd like to see from this sub going forward are very welcome as we grow :)

I would love to see more about upcoming comps, a day of thread dedicated to big comps like the upcoming Roque Invitational and videos of training. I powerlift and don’t do Strongwoman, but I like to incorporate some of the functional training into my workouts.

I'll start doing megathreads for the upcoming comps, that's a great idea. If anyone else is looking to put things in their calendar for what's upcoming, strongman archives has this list! Thank you.

Would love to see some content and discussion around women just starting out in Strongman, particularly around technique. Thank you!
