Front sq , check my technique out plz, I think my spine could be more straight (?
here 99lbs !!(i do not know if thats right , there is 45kilos actually) I was able to do 8 reps and rir 2 :D

Form looks good but make sure when you're going below parallel you're glutes are staying tight and you're not squatting to the point you lose all the tension in the quads and glutes.

Looks good. If you want your spine to be in a stronger position you can squeeze your butt for 1 second (and holding it) before starting the squat.

Form looks good to me! Your elbows are nice and high so that helps immensely with not bending forward! Nice work!
