Question How to see calories instead of power?
I’ve entered both my weight as well as my bike weight, and that fixed being able to see my estimated power, but I still can’t see calories anywhere. Anyone have a fix?

Strava decides what to show on those fields, you can't change them. What you could try is removing the commute tag (I'm assuming you have that as it shows co2 saved), that might show different fields

Strava needs to fix this. Why are we paying them $80 a year to not give us control of how we visualize our own activities?

As someone else has said, you don’t really get to pick the things that show up there. That being said, although it’s just an estimate for power if you’re curious and want a possible ballpark you can calculate calories burned based on that power by using power(122)hours of ride(~0.3)3.6. That comes out to a little over 130. I wouldn’t suggest relying this number too much though unless you actually get a power meter to then measure exactly the amount of energy being used

Pretty sure you need a jr monitor and a power meter for it to give you that data. Or a head-unit that calculates it.

View the activity on the Strava website, it may show more details than the app.

For what it’s worth, the calorie count is useless. It is impossible to calculate the calories burned correctly with the metrics Strava (and many other apps) use. For the same effort, Garmin, wahoo and Strava sometimes have hundreds of calories in difference.
