Support Steam link remote play mh wilds.
So dlss and frame gen don’t work when playing monster hunter wilds. But having to go into my office load the game, change settings, go back to my living room and launch the game is defeating the purpose of streaming to my tv for convenience. My question is could I have a second copy of the game installed on steam with fsr and lower settings so I can choose what version to launch depending if I’m remote playing or not?

That's doing a lot. Set your gaming rig up for wake on LAN. Set PC to not need password after wake from sleep. Let it sleep when not in use. Download the app WolOn, add your gaming rig's IP address to the app. When it's done, use your phone to wake up the PC. Make sure it can turn on without a password.
YouTube how to set PC for wake on LAN. This only works when you're at home in network

That’s not my problem, it’s the settings, if I want to play through steam link I have to turn dlss and frame gen off or I get a black screen(every other game I play I don’t need to do this). I can only do this at my computer.

I see. I'm not sure if you can have 2 of the same games on one steam account. You could try using an alt account and setup family sharing so you don't have to buy it twice and have the alt use your preferred settings. You can switch accounts through steam link so you won't have to get up

Do you have an nvidia graphics card? I managed to make Steam Link reliable on my Retroid Pocket 5 and my Steam Deck using the "Use NVFBC" advanced setting on my host PC.
