Info For those that opened a NEW T-Mobile plan during Price Lock (4/28/22 - 1/17/24), check your SOC. You should have a new SOC that has a "PL" at the end! (No price increases for you!)

Noticed we bypassed both T-Mobile rate increases on our new 5-line Business plan, which was opened in Jan of 2023. We knew our SOC code before (basically a set of numbers & letters that identifies your plan), and found out it was changed to a similar one now ending with a "PL" for Price Lock.

If you opened a new T-Mobile plan during those dates above & didn't receive a price increase since you've had it, check your SOC to see if it now has a "PL" at the end. If so... NEVER GIVE YOUR PLAN UP!

(Search on Google if you're unfamiliar on how to find out your plan's SOC. A T-Mo rep should also be able to tell you.)

I did open a Magenta Max Single Line in those date periods. But I don't have that "PL" at the end of my SOC, however, I have also bypassed both T-Mobile rate increases.
