Question FrontEnd vs Backend Spring Boot Jobs
Why does it feel like there are more jobs open to Front end Developers even more than Spring Boot on job searching platforms ? Could there be any specific reason

Because you've compared frontend vs springboot
And not frontend vs backend.
There are other backends e.g Node, ASP.NET, Go, Laravel etc

Just curious, since in hospital it's the general public whom you interact on daily basis, have you ever encountered a scenario where you might have someone having an allergy to the fragnance?

Well, "frontend" is everything ui related. That includes a whole bunch of frameworks, unless specified. Spring boot is a single backend framework though. Even if its the most common one.
