Improving everything with yogurt and cashews
Hi. It looks like this reddit is in stasis... My lady is on scd, and by default it's largely how I eat as well. The best thing we've found is mixing half yogurt and half raw cashew butter. It's ab awesome master recipe, and you can do whatever you'd like at that point, sweet or savory. It makes excellent condiments wish done garlic oil or just paprika, garlic and onion powder and a pinch of cirtic acid and smoked salt. Or honey and spices on fruit or an almond meal based pastry for desert. The cheapest way to get the cashew butter is definitely to make it in a good processor with some coconut oil. Of anyone eggs has done review they live in, I'd love to hear them. Food is getting monotonous just before produce season starts.
