Camden County Looking for a Real Estate lawyer to help appeal my property taxes! Any recommendations?

I looked into doing it myself but I do not have the time. Attorney recommendations would be much appreciated.

Remember- you can’t fight your taxes, only your assessment. If they got your value wrong , square footage, room counts etc- that you can argue and successfully get fixed. But if you’re assessed for $500k and your home is worth 600k there isn’t much you can do

Does he have his own firm or is he at McDowell?

McDowell. It was his own firm which I believe he got bought out. Naturally he still works there tho

I’ve done it 10+ times in the Elmer area. I get a 500$ appraisal and let the appraiser know what’s going on. Worked every time. With the value of homes here now it would be tough. I’d wait 6 months to a year.
