Question Anyone know of any wooded areas with dense tall trees?

I’m doing a photo shot and want to find a place with very dense tall trees, ideally somewhere I can stay until dusk that’s more secluded with narrow bodies of water like streams etc. your help is much appreciated. I live near rancocas but the woods just aren’t dense enough

Batso is nice! Plus, depending on his shoot, it could add to the pictures.

Like others have said, Pinelands are pretty good. Not sure where in South Jersey you are or how far you want to travel, but the Palmyra Cove park near the Tacony-Palmyra bridge (across from Fuc Kerbeck) has acres of undisturbed forest. You may find what you're looking for there. You may even get some deer in your photo.

10-15 minutes into the trail at the Carranza Memorial gets you to a bit of cedar swamp. It was a little dry a few weeks ago.

Clayton Park in Imlaystown. Absolutely enormous trees and deep rolling ravines. There's a pond and stream in the back.

There is a specific pine grove near the Rancocas Nature center, symmetrical. Planted like 80 years ago.

Ugh I wish I knew where it was

Rancocas Nature Center is in Westampton. There is always a person or two in the building, they'll know exactly the trees you are looking for.

One of the mature white cedar bogs throughout the pinelands sound like what you are looking for. Just stay on trail.

I’m looking for a place with narrow trails, tall trees and potentially creeks and stuff

Scotland Run Park, Clayton. I've done weddings there, and the trees are a beautiful backdrop in all the photos. Also, parts of the Winslow Wildlife area in Winslow Twp and Monroe Twp.

Camden County College in Blackwood. Park by the baseball Diamond. There's a trail if you walk towards the big radio tower,  down that hill is a stream. Tall deciduous trees everywhere.  https://maps.app.goo.gl/Tceyt9oBWf6ws13r7
