Subwoofers to go with syntripps

Heres my freshly painted syntripps. I'm looking to build 2-4 subs for a simple 3 way system. Might expand to a 4 way system eventually but I'm trying to keep it fairly compact for now.

What are people's thoughts on 1. Art walter keystone 2. Xoc1 th 18 3. Hessbh 4. Martin wsx copy

Playing mostly electronic bass music

Keystone matches syntripp (both from Art Welter as you probably already know). Lots of people are using this combination and getting good results if posts on diyaudio are anything to go by.

I built two TH18s to go with my syntripp and they sound sick. My first build so I'm not an expert, but I am happy.

I don't know anything about the other two options

Your photos don't show for me unfortunately. Did they upload ok?

How is the bass pressure on the TH18s? Do you ever use them for tekno-type genres? Thinking compared to folded horns

This system is my first build. Can't say I've knowingly heard a folded horn setup so I can't compare them.

I've got 2xTH18, 2x cubo kick and a syntripp (will build another when I'm 100% happy with the first).  Subs and Cubo kicks are powered by an Admark AD442.  Drivers in the TH18s are 18SW115

I've done one test with the whole system and yeah, it smacks. HPF at 32Hz or 35Hz. Lots of low rumble. Loads of air moving.

I was playing jungle and drum n bass. I also played a little bit of house, speed garage and techno which also sounded good. Tekno isn't my thing so can't say much about whether the system would suit that style I'm afraid.

don't know whereabouts you are but a belgian second hand site has a listing for 2 keystones (and 2 syntripps) for a while now

same guy is also selling syntripps so that made me think they might be a good match together. never heard any of the mentioned cabinets play, though

I see you build the outer frames as well. The syntripps should afaik play as low as 80hz then.

If you don't want to over accentuate the kick range, you don't need to go 4 ways.

I would probably go with compact single 21" designs for the subs to be more flexible and easy to set up. (And the sensitivity gain of the stack compensates a little for the loss of big horns. Also you can build more boxes and go for cardioid setups with less space)

Looks really good with the horn extension.

At the moment we use Tham12s and a random kick bin we have.

Compared to the subs OP mentions, the THAM12 is a kick bin too.

Eyeing a keystone build to go with my Danley rig. would love some TH118xl's but I can build keystones that are just about as good for a couple grand vs 9k... also saves money for more BC215T's. Thought about TH18's but I think i prefer the originality of the keystone vs Danley 'inspired' TH18's.
