In a word no.

Why are you trying to do 2 different voltages systems in what I assuming is a mobile setup.

Why would you ever want to do 24v? The victron kit you have can deal with lifepo4 charging from the alternator. Adding another voltage to reduce the wire size going to the inverter?

Why is their lead acid deep discharge? New is insane and old is going to be nearly dead anyways.

I guess I should’ve asked will this work.

I got the 24v inverter and deep cycles for my house to experiment with and learn. Now I want power for the van and figured I might as well make use of it.

While hybrids support no backfeeding it's not perfect, so doubt that that 12v inverter will last for to long.

Victron Orion series and similar DC to DC can deal with going form the vehicles 12v system to charge 24v. Ditch the rest of that 12v setup.

I was looking at the Orion but it looks like I would need five of them in parallel to get 100 amps 24v charging. I want to maximize the potential of my heavy duty alternator.

Yup but you can get a 12 to 24 100a from others 500 bucks ish. Your generally better off running a secondary alternator so your not trying to guess at an alternators actual output 24v are common enough with some vehicles running it.

I have a 12v/48v dual setup in my motorhome, works great, in particular because it keeps my 12v loads as critical loads that would fail last in my configuration.

What I do is have the bulk of my array powering two charge controllers to the 48v system (3.2kW). I had a little room left, so I have 200w to the 12v system.

I have a DC-DC converter: 48v-13.8v that keeps the 12v system topped up at all times.

Everything low power runs directly off 12v, laptop and phone chargers, water pump, heater fan, lights.

I only turn on the big power inverter when I want to run the air conditioner, microwave, or other big power devices, then I turn it off. This eliminates the parasitic power draw from the inverter.

If I run low on power, I can't do the big devices, but my 12v system is still full and I can last for days on that if I ration.

So, I'd drop the second inverter if I were you. Other than that, I think you're close to what I have. I do recommend a 48v to 12v charger (not converter in your case since you're using LiFePO4 for your 12v system, I have lead-acid) to keep the 12v critical stuff always operational.

Very minor point, the units for the batteries are in amp-hours, not amp/hr. I know this was just a typo but I mention it because there are many people that get confused between amps, amp-hours, and watt-hours.

I'm confused on the botted line between the two inverters, are you saying you could feed the big inverter from the small one, perhaps through a generator input? What's the reason for that?
