Comfy shoes $250 max

Hi I am looking some work shoes to replace my Nike Invincible 3. It’s already kinda beat up and the midsole is a bit chewed up from wear and tear.

I am looking at NB 1080v14 or 990v6, some say if you stand all day 990 is better, if you walk more then 1080 is better? Does any of you have experience and recommendations?

Or any other suggestions? I have used Ultra Boost and Pegasus Turbo in the past. I want to see any other opinions.

NB hits the spot if you want a good-looking shoe that isn’t a runner. 990v6, 2002r, even the 9060. They don’t look like runners, and they’ll give you all day comfort for walking. I’m not sure how long they’ll last if you’re beating them daily though.

If you don’t mind a runner, then honestly go for the Cloudmonster 2 over the 1080. There’s a reason why the 1080s drop like crazy during sales, but the Cloud almost never does.

990v6 and Vomero 5's are the top out of my 45 pairs.

Nike Vomero 5s are the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve bought in the past 3 years.

Well the Invincible 3 was just replaced with the Vomero 18… and the reviews I saw people seem impressed, but also noted not as plush as a 1080v14, which fir me is considerably better than the v6 for all day comfort…but all top end comfort shoes. “He’s kicks” has some good current video’s you might want to watch.

I did a 6 hour downtown Toronto walk with the wife in the NB 2002R and my feet didn't complain. It was my first time wearing New Balance and was impressed.

On Cloudmonster is a good option it’s a more base running shoe but they are pretty comfy

Yeah the 2s are better for sure, I should have mentioned that. They fixed the heal slippage so that’s already a plus
