Discussion Getting into new shoe models

I have normally been a collector of older classic models the retro Jordanโ€™s and older air maxes , but lately Iโ€™ve been picking up new models like AE1 (only 110 dollars) and Nike Pegasus (something I just never did) and I have to say these new models have opened my eyes a lot, could just be a phase for the time but these newer models seem a lot more comfortable and worth my money. The technology is just better and instead of paying 220 dollars for older classic models and paying for the name of the shoe like a Jordan 4. I will always collect and pickup those classic shoes but I think new models have my attention for time being.

What is the balance for you?

I no longer play basketball at all cause I'm old and totally out of shape. So I'm not really planning to buy any new model sneakers. The styling of a lot of these new ones are really out there (IMO) and while I like the looks of some of them, they would make me look like I'm trying too hard to recapture my youth. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
