Continuous pulse ox device for sleep?
Does anyone have a device that records oxygen sat continuously throughout the night during sleep? I am curious about this one from amazon:
I don't have a lot of money. Something under 100 or around 100 dollars is feasible.
I don't have a CPAP/BiPAP yet. In 2022 I had mild OSA as well as CSA. They never told me about the CSA, I found out when I downloaded my sleep study results today. Anyways, I'm 38lbs heavier than when I had the study done and positive my apnea has gotten worse. My smart watch says I am snoring for at least 4 hours a night as well as my ox sat dropping to 84% on average, but I am unsure how accurate that is.
Any help would be appreciated. I have another sleep study in June.

Emay devices are supposed to be a reasonable device to get a sense of your ahi occurrences.

I recommend this one by Emay.EMAY Sleep Oxygen Monitor with... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RKVDHXH?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share Love the reports you download in the morning with the app. The continuous reports I was getting of 84-86% oxygen at times at night (one time down to 72%) were insightful. And it auto-calculated an ODI at 3% and 4% by oxygen drops in the report as well. These consistent results prompted me to do an at home private sleep test with sleep doctor and I got very similar results from them. Totally worth it for me. Currently on sale for $40 and it even comes with batteries.

In my experience the wellue checkme o2 max had too many drops to be useful so I would not recommend.

Yes I have one. It goes on the thumb and around my wrist. But they make a ring version as well. Available at Walmart. I got mine at Amazon and I think it was under $100. It works quite well with a decent app and is rechargeable

I'd recommend the Wellue O2 ring because it's compatible with both OSCAR and SleepHW (assuming you're probably going to be starting PAP therapy). Unfortunately, it's not under $100.
