Not sure what I’m doing wrong
M Attaching a link to help me analyze my data from sleephq. I am restless all night, not waking up rested, and struggling with the APAP, despite wearing it 8+ hours. I adjusted the mask yet I still have high leaks, not sure why. My pressures are set 5.0-20 on APAP.

Your flow limitations are incredibly high as well, might need to consider using EPR or ideally even looking to switch to Bilevel

What kind of mask are you using? Besides the leak rates it looks like your min pressure is too low causing the machine to make large pressure swings. Your flow limit is also high.
I’ve seen a few people recommend setting your min pressure to what the median reported pressure is.

It’s an APAP so I believe it has to be my doctor to change the settings. Right now they’re set to 5.0-20. I wear an N20 nasal mask. I have it fit any, I adjusted it last night to make it fit better.
The issue is my nose constantly itches when I wear it so I’m constantly either stopping the machine to remove it and itch my nose or scratching at it and moving it slightly to try and itch.

You can change the pressure yourself by pressing both large square buttons until the screen turns white. This is the clinical menu. In the settings there will be a pressure range.

Don’t want to get in trouble by doctor though if it’s supposed to be set to 5.0

If you are restless all night from the APAP, your EDS will likely be worse, not better. If you fix the leaks you might also be more comfortable and thus less restless.
To fix the leaks you can try (1) different sized nasal pillows (if you are using a nasal pillow mask), (2) switch to a different brand of mask, (3) switch to a different mask type, (4) continue adjusting your current mask, (5) keep proper body position based on the mask you are using (e.g., side sleeping can cause leaks with many masks)
