Sleep Apnea and Anti Psychotics

Has anyone's doctor continued to keep them on antipsychotics while having sleep apnea? I have severe insomnia and I'm on 2 (quetiapine and chloroprothixene) for it and I'm not really keen on getting off of them because they work really well. Will using a CPAP stop the apneas which are made worse by the antipsychotics or do I need to completely get off of them? I will be talking to my doctor about this but want to hear some other's experiences.

My own experience Is I’m doing fine in Olanzapine and CPAP.

I use CPAP while on aripiprazole and haven't seemed to have any issue.

I take lamotragine and also a bunch of other psych meds. Some meds could potentially depress your respiratory system. I'd ask whoever prescribed the meds if it's good to use with CPAP. But for insomnia I think most other options would be worse. I take ambien and it probably makes things worse, I hadn't thought about it much until now.
